Services Include: Care- Companionship Alzheimer' s and dementia home care respite care and hospice care Person Care- bathing grooming toileting and dressing Health- Daily vital signs medication management medication administration transferring walking assisting with daily exercises and assisting with occupational physical and speech therapy Meals- Menu planning meal preparation assistance with feedings shopping list preparation and shopping for groceries and household supplies Transportation- Social activities doctor appointments and other activities Activities- Run errands take to activities with relatives or community center and take patient to get items needed Household- light cleaning including dusting vacuuming and disinfecting surfaces (bedroom bathroom kitchen and living area) laundry (wash and fold) RN- initial home visit for health assessment/ medication profile and designing a emergency plan When you become part of In Good Hands Care' s family we would like to provide a free massage every other month. We also would like to offer free bingo everyday to our senior citizens. We offer a referral for American Veterans Care Connect. Veterans and their spouses may be eligible for up to $34 836 a year for home care.
