About Bender’s Gym. Our mission at Bender’s Gym is to enhance the lives of all ages in our community by providing an amazing fitness experience. The owners staff and instructors at Bender’s Gyms strive to motivate people to establish healthy habits change sedentary lifestyles and improve their health through regular physical activity. By connecting with and inspiring positive change in our members the Benders and their employees believe they can help transform lives. In 2006 Tom and Amanda Bender opened their first 24/7 fitness facility to share their dream of helping others and to meet the fitness goals and objectives of the Decatur Alabama community. Opening a second facility in Hartselle Alabama on October 2007 and a third facility in Madison on October 1 2008 the Bender’s continue to blaze the trail in offering 24/7 secured access exceptionally clean facilities state of the art equipment and outstanding group fitness programs. Because the Bender’s believe in encouraging success in their members by creating engaging fitness experiences all of their facilities’ group fitness schedules include the Les Mills’ Programs BODYPUMP BODYSTEP and BODYFLOW. All classes at Bender’s Gym both Les Mills Programs and any free style class offerings are led by fully trained and certified group fitness instructors. In addition Bender’s Gym facilities now offers a number of personal training packages to meet your specific needs and goals. All of our facilities are staffed with energetic motivating employees who have been fully trained in all of Bender’s Gym Policies Procedures and Practices. They stand ready to offer assistance and our members and guests can feel confident that they are welcome appreciated and will receive the best service possible.
